Mim, the AI Agent, Now Understands Images 🎁

Mim, Dixa's AI agent, got some new capabilities for Christmas β€” it can now understand images! πŸŽ‰

This means Mim can now deal better with those present deliveries πŸ“¦:

  • The present arrived damaged? Have Mim ask for a photo to verify the damage before submitting the claim
  • The customer is experiencing an issue using the product? Have Mim ask for a photo of the issue to better understand what they mean
  • Unclear what product model the customer has? Have Mim ask for a photo of the serial code

Mim will automatically factor in images if it encounters them during a conversation β€” like if the customer sends images in an email β€” but it can also solicit images on its own, provided you instruct it to do so:

"If the user is complaining about a bug or an issue, first attempt to help them. Ask them to provide an image of the issue so that you can better understand the problem."
